The most important thing to know about grilling pork ribs on a gas grill or anywhere is to use a meat thermometer. All food looks like it is charred on a grill. Be most careful because the inside of the ribs may not be cooked thouroughly.

From my experience, the best thing to do is to keep the gas grill temperature pretty low and cook the ribs slowly. Also, you'll want to keep slathering on the sauce or shaking on the spices while it cooks. I know of another recipe where the ribs are boiled prior to going on the grill. Cuts grilling time a bit.

I would make sure the flame isnt too high so the outside of the ribs dont get scorched and burnt. I would also make sure both sides are cooked evenly.
