What should I know about getting the picture onto E-Bay?

You just click the Add button on the dialog box when you create your listing and select Browse, select the file you want, and then click Upload. When you finish the listing, it might say there is something wrong with the file name. Just click "List" again.

Ebay charges you for all but the first picture, and any large picture. Therefore, if you want more pictures up you should use HTML and an alternate picture upload site.

You should try to get various angles of your item at a good resolution so the buyer gets the best look at the details and is more likely to buy.

One of the important things to know is the requirements they have regarding what the width and height, resolution, and image format are for uploading your image to their sight. Also, depending on limitation of image size for the sight you may have to use a compression program on the image before uploading it.

Putting pictures online can be risky. Random people can see pictures that you post. Always remember internet safety. Also it costs 50 cents to post a picture.
