Seatbelts often have recalls, and you may be able to get the dealership to do this for free. Make sure to reconnect any sensors for tension or connection, otherwise the Supplemental Restraint System will no longer work. Whenever you have a problem with a seat belt you should get to a Toyota dealer as soon as practical. Warranties generally cover repairs at the dealer.

Seatbelt has a tensioner. Therefore it tightens itself upon sensing a jerk. It is easy to remove. However, it is three times harder to install it again.
