Yes as long as you stay off your feet its great to exercise. You can swim, do pull ups, and leg lifts. You can even do flutter kicks on your stomach and back as long as your toes don't touch the floor.

Stay off the toe until it's healed, basically. It is okay to do upper body exercises like pull-ups and bench press that don't require your toe, but be careful. I would suggest focusing on upper body movements for now and let your toe heal.

You need to let your broken toe heal. That means not putting any pressure on it or causing stress in the bone. You can still exercise by doing things like swimming, lifting weights, or using exercise machines where your toe will not be stressed. Avoid things like climbing stairs or others that involve your feet.

You can generally exercise, but you should avoid exercises that are high-impact on your feet. Running or jogging is the main exercise that you need to avoid.
