That it will require a few a stiches, if you want them completely closed and may have some scarring You could try vitamin E oil and massage and putting in smaller jewelry or gauge in, as they shrink put another smaller gauge, but this way takes a few months and never gets all the way closed.

First step in reversal process is stop wearing gauges or heavy earrings. Shrinkage is gradual, but not a complete closure. Reversal depends on your age and how long the ear has been stretched. Also if tissues were stretched too far and damaged. Plastic surgery or reconstruction is option.

Stretched or gauged ears will close on their own if they are not gauged beyond a certain point. After gauging past a size 0 stretched ears may stay open.

I wouls consult a medical professional for this information. Upon consulting a medical professional, I would ask the following questions: Is surgery required for closing stretched ears? How much will it cost to perform this procedure? Will return my ears back to their original look and will I be able to pierce my ears?

It is found that using a firming cream works great. The same cream used around the eyes can be used for your ears also. There is also a surgery called octoplasty. It is the creation of an incision in your ear lobe.
