No matter what your child says or does, trust your gut. You know your child and if you're seeing red flags, there's probably a good reason. I ignored the red flags and found out, after the semester was over, that my child flunked out. Don't ignore your parental instincts.

First and foremost; keep good communication with your child/children. Second, be prepared to send a lot of prepaid debit cards or gift cards! Third, relax and enjoy your newfound time!
