As a "guy" myself, I can attest that there isn't a lot to know. You just do it. Keeping in mind that everyone has his/her preferences and not to feel too disheartened if you are rejected. At the very least you will know.

Guys love confidence. You should be straightforward and confident in yourself. Try not to be too nervous; keep it firmly in mind that if he should turn you down, it is his loss, not yours. Men are not at all subtle, so you will need to openly ask him out, not beat around the bush.

Asking a guy out is not the norm in the United States, but most guys would be flattered by the gesture and wouldn't consider it odd. When asking a guy out, think about how you like to be asked out yourself and do the same in a polite, interested manner.

first you have to get his attention towards you.staring and smiling are the best things you can do to make him notice you.then try talking to him.
