If you have the service manual for your car it should have the service interval for all of the maintenance parts of your car including the serpentine belt.

There is no designated interval in which your Saturn's serpentine belt should be replaced. When you have your engine maintenanced your mechanic will inspect the belt to make sure that there is no wear or tearing on the belt. If these things show up you will need to replace your belt. The general last 5 or more years.

The Saturn serpenting belt interval can become very complicated if you were needing to replace it. It would only cost about thirty dollars to replace.
