What should I expect from week 9 of pregnancy?

You probably won't be feeling much from the pregnancy this early, maybe some morning sickness and cramps. Second trimester starts at around 20 weeks and that's when things get fun!

You will probably still feel tired and run down and if you have been sick you will probably still be feeling those symptoms too. By week 12 - 15 you should start feeling better.

Week nine of pregnancy is different depending on the person, if you had a lot of morning sickness, don't expect it to magically disappear. Things will happen gradually, week nine will not be much different from week eight, other than being one week closer to that day.
