make sure she has a quite place to deliver, that you have plenty of blankets (that you can throw away later)watch to make sure she doesn't need you. usually they will do everything. Sometimes a puppy will breach and you will need to deliver and pop the sac. If this seems too much, take her to the vet.

make sure they have a nice place to lay (use old towels or old blankets) when she has puppies only touch one if they need help because the mother will bite.

Let Her do her thing, her instinct will kick in. If it looks likes she needs help then help her. Make sure she has a warm, comfortable smaller area to whelp. Make sure you have many blankets and towels. Be prepared! Good luck! (:

Schedule an appointment with her vet to have her spayed, so it won't happen again. Seriously.

The first thing you should do is make sure she is in a comfortable clean place then call your vet.Hopefully she has seen a vet before labor begins to rule complications. Nature will take over and she will know what to do. Keep her in one place and don't let her walk around while she is in labor.

There isn't alot you can do when your dog gives birth. Make sure she is comfortable with old towels or blankets. Check puppies to make sure they are OK.
