Don't put rubbing alcohol orydrogen peroxide on the wound, that will open it back up. Instead, clean it with warm water and anti bacterial soap/ Put dry gauze and tape it over the wound. As soon as you can, go back to where you got it peirced and they will help you out.

First, you will need to clean and properly bandage the wound. See your doctor or visit the emergency room if this is a serious rip. You might need stitches.

Leave it out and let the area heal. Use peroxide to keep it clean so that it does not become infected. You can re-pierce it after it fully heals.

You need to clean the area repeatedly with peroxide. Then apply a antibacterial ointment. Put a bandage over it to keep infections and germs out. Repeat daily until the area is healed.
