If your baby is not eating at all you should take her to the doctor right away. Your baby could become dehydrated very quickly and that is never a good thing.

You should call your childs doctor, it is very important that you make sure they are not becoming dehydrated and to determine why he is refusing to eat.

If you infant is not eating, you should call the pediatrician. Providing the infant is old enough to eat baby food, try giving him something else. If the child refuses to take in anything, this could be a sign of illness and dehydration can occur.

Is your child not eating anything at all? Babies are supposed to eat every few hours, once they get older they don't have to eat as often or as much.

If this persists for more than two days and the child is very young, you will have to take him or her to a doctor to figure out what is wrong. This is very serious in a baby as they dehydrate very, very quickly and can suffer serious dangers from not eating.

Infants will usually eat around 30 ounces of milk each day. If your infant is eating cereal/liquid mixture and/or baby food he/she should be consuming between six to ten tablespoons each day. However, if you feel its needed, consult your pediatrician. Your child could have acid reflux or ill.
