See your dentist to have a new dressing applied. To ease pain while you wait, create and use a salt water rinse.

If the dry socket dressing falls out it should be immediately replaced with a fresh dressing or else infection might set in and pain may persist.

If your dry-socket dressing falls out, then you should call whoever did your surgery and check with them to see if they should put in a new dressing. Sometimes it is okay if the dressing falls out. If enough time has not passed after surgery, then they may want to put in a new dressing to prevent infection.
