If you are already friends with her, talk with her some more and find out her interests. If you share the same interests, then suggest doing one or more of them together so you can start to get closer to each other. If you aren't friends with her, the same still applies!

You have to do something. I would recommend talking to her. Ask her if she wants to do something. Anything. You won't know unless you communicate with her.
