If your Honda anti theft system has had a major malfunction it will not start. Install a socket wrench on the front crankshaft bolt to check it. Try to turn the engine. If the engine doesn't turn disassembly is required, repair as needed and reassemble.

Well you need to figure out what part of the system isn't functioning correctly. This may require you to have a dealership take a look at it.

You are going to need to take the car to the dealership to have it fixed. There is nothing you can really do about it because when you are messing with the anti theft system it could disable the entire car.

check with the company that sells the anti theft system. they should be able to instruct you on how to disarm the system.
