You need to go back to the Dentist that pulled your wisdom teeth. A gum boil is could be an infection in the gum. If it is an infection you need to be given a perscription.

Go back to the dentist. This boil can be a sign of infection, fluid build up from inappropriate removal, or a suture that has come loose.

Incision and drainage is the therapy of choice for gum boil. Once the Dentist drains all pus from the boil, best alternative would be to take proper antobiotic cppsules in therapeutic dose with pain killers. Your Dentist is the best judge to operate and administer proper drugs after I & D.

This is probably a sign of an infection from the tooth removal. You should contact your dentist right away, as you may need antibiotics.

Call your dentist as soon as the office opens. You should be concerned that you may have an infection that could spread very quickly. You will need to take antibotics for that gum boil. You could also be getting a dry socket and have food impacted underneath and you will only have more problems and more pain.

The boil on your gum is probably being caused by an infection. If it does not improve in a few days you should go to a doctor and get some antibiotics. In the meantime, you should gargle with warm salt water to cleans the boil.
