Few people can not pay off their credit card debt. Therefore, pay it off. Start reviewing ALL your bills and build a budget. Remember, obligations come first. Mortgage/rent, utilities, car payment/insurance, CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, food (eat in only). Any surplus can be used to pay principle. This could mean dropping a cell phone or cutting out fun money.
1. Quit spending money. 2. Are your bills overdue? 3. Are you able to pay your debts? 4. Call your creditors and ask to work out an arrangement to pay them. They are usually willing to work with you, they want money, and some is better than none. 5. If you absolutely can't pay, speak to a bankruptcy lawyer.
Make sure the billing dates for each are spread out. Next cut up or shred your credit cards and pay the minimums for each card each month (or more if you can afford it). Only buy what you absolutely need until the credit cards are paid off.
