What should I do if I feel as if my wife is phasing me out?

First of all, I am sorry to read that you are having trouble in your relationship with your wife. But then I guess you have to figure out, first of all, what caused this change. Even if it is hard to talk about feelings you have to ask her why her behaviour has changed. I wish you good luck!

You should be asking her this. Why are you more comfortable admitting your vulnerability to strangers, than to your pledged life partner?

The first thing you should do is talk to your wife, find out what is going on with her and let her know how you feel. There may be a simple explanation for why she is withdrawing from you, and it may be something you can resolve. So Talk!

The most important thing to do in a relationship is to communicate with one another. Ask her if there is something wrong that you need to both work on in the relationship. Only she will be able to tell you what she is wanting and perhaps what she is needing. Talk to her and tell her how you are feeling.

Never ever don't plead her to listen to you and you must be strict with her even if she cries after some days to speak with her. This will teach her a lesson in future from not phasing you.

A wife has any reason to phase out a husband who wants to "teach her a lesson".  add a comment
