Every child is going to be curious about other children. You need to explain to them that touching is not acceptable and it could make the other child uncomfortable.

It really depends on the age of the child. Children are going to get curious at a certain age, you should try your best not to get angry, because they most likely don't know better. Just explain that our bodies belong to us, and touching each other is not appropriate.
