You should not try to treat a dog's infected nose on your own. An infected nose can be a preliminary sympton of an infectous disease, a bad tooth, or an acute inflammation. To insure that your dog is properly treated, a trip to the vet is needed to determine the diagnosis and the appropriate treatment.

You are advised to take your dog to a good veterinarian. He will examine your pet ,take blood samples and provide him with some antibiotics.

It depends on how bad the infection is. If it's mild, I would use Peroxide or Betadine Solution then I would put on Neosporin several times a day.
