Skip feeding your dog that day and see if that helps. Sometimes dogs eat things that upset their stomach and need to be completely digested before they start feeling better. When you do start feeding it, give it small meals at first and see how it does with that. Hopefully this will be all your dog needs to feel better.

If a dog has an upset stomach food and water should be withheld for 24 hours, with water being introduced after 12 hours. Acceptable foods to help also include chicken, rice, etc. Essentially many of the same bland foods as a human with an upset stomach would eat.

If you switched foods instantly and recently give the dog some time to adjust, if you added a new treat, stop feeding it to the dog. Otherwise see a vet

If you dog needs to puke allow him to go outside, eating grass will help clear his stomach. Don't feed him for a day and then call the vet.

Pepto-Bismol coats an upset stomach, so give it to your dog for his/hers. They won't drink it, so administer with a syringe it will avoid a mess.
