Lymph nodes are a filtration system for the blood. Swollen glands indicate an infection. If the sweling does not resolve in a few days, see your doctor, especially if you have a fever or any pain.

You most likely have some type of infection that is swelling your lymph nodes. Please go see the doctor right away to get this checked out...

Swollen lymph nodes should not be ignored, whereever they might be. Someimes they may be there a day or two, but after day three a visit to a medical clinic is in order for an examination.
