What should I do about scrapes from a cactus plant?

Do their needles have any kind of poison on them, or do i just treat them like any ordinary scrape?

For almost every cactus plant, you should not worry about a scrape. Cacti rely on spines for protection so they don't need toxins.

Some cacti can have venomous spikes on them which can cause irritation. The best way to treat embedded spikes is to remove them as quickly. You can use tweezers to remove them one at a time or you can apply a thin layer of white glue to your hand. Let it dry and then the spikes should peel right out.

I don't think they have any poison in them but the problem is some of them have little things that get in your skin and you can't get them out of your skin you have to go to a doctor and hope he can get it because they go under the skin and you can't see them.
