What should I do about my cat who is bleeding and throwing up?

I think maybe she got into a fight with another cat, possible a dog, but she seems really sick.

If she is sick or wounded, then she most likely needs medical attention. Try to clean out the wounds a bit, and take her to a vet. Vomiting can be a sign of many underlying problems, so a check up is definitely warranted.

Try to clean the wounds and if your cat seems to be hurt badly or sick then you need to take her to a vet. There should be twenty four hour emergency vet clinics in your area. If she is throwing up she may have internal injuries. Be gentle when handling her and keep an eye on her.

Take her to the vet immediately, if she bleeding and throwing up a lot. If you can't get her in, make her as comfortable as possible, and make an appointment as soon as you can. You don't want to wait. I wouldn't want to mess around with this.
