What should I do about a smelly neck tumor on a guinea pig?

He doesn't seem to be too sick.

Smelly leads me to believe there may be an infection there. And since there is a growth, there could be an abundance of a bacterial build-up. You should take your guinea pig to the vet as soon as you can. In the meantime, wash and dry the area and apply antibacterial ointment.

Your guinea pig needs to be seen by his veterinarian right away. The smell from the tumor could be from infection or dying tissue. In either case, the animal needs immediate attention before he gets any sicker. Keep in mind that animals don't like to show us that they are sick. Your guinea pig could be suffering greatly.
