What is good for you is walking if for only thirty minutes. Breathing exercises are good as they give the body some nice oxygen.

A normal 6 day workout schedule should alternate between weights and cardio.M-W-F do weights, Tue-Thurs-Sat do cardio.

Strength and size lifts for all major muscle groups. Stretch out all muscles involved before and after workout. Consider running every other day to burn calories.

Deep breathing, stretching, light cardio, then minor weight training, then a heavier cardio workout. Then light cardio to cool down, then a cool-down stretch, then deep breathing.
