One good non-dairy source of calcium is a drink which has been fortified with calcium. Calcium-fortified orange juice is fairly easy to find and tastes the same as non-fortified orange juice. Many fruits and veggies--broccoli, rutabegas, and oranges--are also good sources of non-dairy calcium. Calcium can also be obtained from things like sesame seeds and seaweed.

Non dairy foods that are good for you include soya based products such as soy burgers and hot dogs. Many foods don't contain calcium in the nutritional amount that you are looking for. Thus, it's better to actually consume calcium pills. This is the best way to get your intake.

Dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach, bok choy, collards are rich in calcium. If you're not a big fan of these vegetables, you may consider snacking on almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts which contain considerable amounts of calcium. Also salmon, mackerel and sardines with the bones, have high calcium levels.

Some non-dairy foods that are rich in calcium include fortified cereals and leafy vegetables. The darker the vegetable, the higher the amount of calcium probably is. Kale, collards, and spinach are good choices.
