Razor cell phones can use many networks if they are unlocked, amongst those are AT&T. Motorola, T-Mobile, basically any network you want. Beware however, if the phone is unlocked, it voids the warranty, therefor you will not ba able to get assistance from the manufacturer if the phone encounters problems. If they are not unlocked, they use the Cingular network.

I used to have several Razor cell phones. Mine were used with At&T service but I know a couple of people who have Razor's and use them with Verizon Wireless.

A razor phone is usually a GSM or Sim card phone. In the US they are usually locked with Tmobile or AT&T. Even if its a pay as you go phone. If you are a AT&T or Tmobile customer you need to have the phone match. If it's unlocked then you can use whatever sim card.
