"You talkin' to me" is from the 1976 movie "Taxi Driver", starring Jodie Foster and Robert De Niro. It is said by the character portrayed by De Niro while he practices with his gun in front of a mirror.

It is from the movie with Taxi. Robert Deniro's charachter is talking to himself in a mirror, pretending to be talking with somebody. His charachter was very mentally disturbed, and this is a very famous scene which indicates just that. The movie starred also a very young actress named Jodie Foster!
