Zorivax or acitop topical ointment can be used to treat nasal sores. They are traditionally used for the treatment of fever blisters (cold sores), but works just as well.

Nasal sores from cocaine can be painful and there really is no solution except to stop smoking. You can try putting Neosporin on the sore. Neosporin will soothe the sore and heal it. The sore will most likely re-open or come back when you smoke again.

This is a serious problem. First stop using. Keep the area moist and use something like neosporin spray to help prevent infection. This condition can be gravely serious and may require surgery for repair. With enough damage the entire nose can collapse due to the eroded cartiledge (septum).

It is better to use a medicine prescribed by a doctor. Still what we can do is to keep the area moist and apply some antibiotic cream like triple antibiotic or Bacitacin four times a day. Avoid picking and blowing your nose. Avoid inserting fingers inside your nose. If it isn't healed even after a certain period consult your doctor.

Cocaine use can cause so many medical problems. Nasal complications include losing one's sense of smell, blockages, frequent nose bleeds, runny nose, sores, itching, nose picking and perforated septums. Of course the first thing to help nasal sores would be to stop using cocaine. One could try OTC antibiotic ointments. Seeing a physician would be best to prevent septum perforation
