It is unlikely that you have any "standing" to bring a case before the court because typically family court only deals with the IMMEDIATE family as in parents and children.

The law about grandparent's rights varies tremendously from state to state. The law will be that of the state where the child resides. In some states, grandparents have strong visitation rights. In other states, they have no rights whatsoever. The only way to tell is to talk with a lawyer.

Unfortunately outside of trying to make some peace with your daughter-in-law you don't really have any rights. The only other thing you could do is to try to take her to court and get some visitation rights. Be aware that doing that could cause worse familial problems.
