What kind of vitamins do we get from fruit?

I don't eat a lot of fruit. I wonder if I'm missing out on certain vitamins.

Fruit contains a host of vitamins indispensable for the body like vitamin A ( mango, cantaloupe, apricots ),vitamin C(kiwi,oranges , strawberries, cantaloupe, Pear ) ,B6 (Blackberries,banana Raspberries, Strawberry ) , Vitamin B1 ( pumpkin, plums ) Vitamin B2 ( Peach,orange ,pumpkin ) and Vitamin E (pumpkin, plums, mango apricots, cantaloupe )

I know you get vitamin C from oranges.I'm not certain which other vitamins are in fruits.I know you get a lot of potassium from bananas,but is that a vitamin?I think you may get more from vegetables than from fruit.

Each fruit provides a variety of vitamins. For example, an apple provides Vitamins A, B1, B2, Niacin, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, B6, E and K. A banana the same plus C.

We get many different vitamins from fruit.Get a blood analysis test done for vitamin deficiencies and also mineral deficiencies as vitamins and minerals act as catalyst for good health.
