Depending on the kind of hysterectomy (whether Laparoscopic vs TransVaginal), the scar tissue will be very minimal-vs-none-respectively, unless an open incision has to be made, whereby it will be like-a-c-section.

One of the most common scar tissue is there muscle tissue which is the most common form of scarring when someone process going into a hysterectomy. The scarring is usually healed within a couple of weeks depending on the insertion of the scar of the hysterectomy. Ice and drying of the scar is important for fast healing.
