Sears is just like any other company. If you are not good with people, you can get jobs in finance, accounting or as a person who assembles products. You could also get a job in the warehouse loading and unloading trucks, where you would not have to associate with customers.

You can work in inventory and stocking, moving product from storage and to the shelves. You could work in receiving, where goods come from the truck and into the warehouse. You can work in purchasing, placing orders for inventory the stores needs more of. You could work in security, monitoring the security cameras for theft.
