What kind of "biscuits" are Huntley and Palmers?

Are these like buttermilk biscuits or like cookies?

Like cookies. Huntley and Palmers is a British company, and therefore use the British term "biscuits" where Americans would use "cookies." However, they have a huge variety, ranging from what we know as sweet biscuits to be eaten with tea to savory ones meant for cheese and garlic dips.

Huntley and Palmers are referred to as "biscuits" in Britain. However, in the U.S. we would refer to them as cookies. What it comes to down to, is that their cookies. They also have range of flavors.
