This can vary according to jurisdiction, in Delaware there is no bail after a governor's warrant has been issued. Bail is not generally available while the fugitive is waiting rendition to the applying state, but bail can be heard once returned to that jurisdiction. You need to check the rules for where you are being held and returned to.

Bail is a deposit of money (or a promise to pay) so ensure that an accused criminal will appear for their court date. If you have a fugative warrent then you were a parolee who has absconded. They only way you'll be a bail amount that isn't restrictively high is to surrender yourself peacefully.

You may have a right to a bail hearing, but not necessarily have the right to bail. Bail can be denied in a variety of circumstances, especially "flight risk. "

you have the right to a bail hearing, but it is extremely unlikely that bail or a reasonable bail would be set. Since bail is supposed to be based on a flight risk, the they are charged as a fugitive, it does not look good

Everyone in the United States has a right to a bail hearing before being convicted. If you have a warrant, you are already a suspect of interest or have been found guilty.

You have the right to petition the judge for a bail hearing on a fugitive warrant. In most cases he will not be granted bail. There are many factors that will effect each case for example what the charges are for and whether or not extradition has been waived.
