The weather is fairly stable in September with very warm temperatures and little rain. The beaches are crowded as are a number of the more touristy sights. The weather is just a bit cooler as it gets closer to October. The interior is much warmer than the coastal regions, so plan accordingly.

It is the beginning of the fall with temperatures dropping to the low single digits Celsius. It is still a great time to visit the country but it is advisable to pack adequate clothes such as light jacket and some rain proof wind breakers, a travel umbrella is also a great idea.
