It depends on the person featured on the card, i know that packs of football cards from 1991 that are unopened can go from 1-10 bucks a pop, usually averaging around 4 bucks a pack. They are worth more opened and with someone famous on it

According to Beckett Price Guides, a complete set of the cards is worth a maximum of $15-20. Stars such as Dan Marino and Joe Montana cards are $2. The 24k gold inserts are worth about 10x more than the cards in the main set. Brett Favre rookie update is $15.
