There are four types of these bills, A, B, C, and D because there are four different signatures on the bills. They usually go anywhere from $40 up to $80 or more possibly if they were never put into circulation. Much better than the face value of twenty dollars indeed.

It's probably worth somewhere in the high hundreds. You'll have to see and sell it on EBAY. If you sell it on EBAY you will probably get somewhere in the thousands from a collector.
