If they stole your identity but did not commit any fraud and if this is their first offense then it will be probation. If they commit a crime then jail.

This all depends on the courts that are handling the case. In some cases such as first offenses the offenders get off with little more then time served and probation. In others they can get several years in jail.

It depends on a number of factors, including the extent of the damage and what restitution is to be made. No one can make restitution from prison. The individual's records and personal circumstances will be considered as well.

It really depends if they have done this or any type of crime before and if they have a good atty or the prosecution has good or bad evidence. Worst case, jail time and full retribution, best case, some probation and maybe house arrest. Make sure you stay active in the case to get the best results.

It depends on the prior record and what the judge feels needs to happen to protect society, punish and deter, and rehabilitate the offender. It could be as little as 10 days jail or as much as 2-5 years prison.

Well it depends on what they have done in the past before. If they actually committed some kind of fraud with your identity, then they will receive a sentence. But if they did not commit any kind of fraud before, they will just get some type of probation sentence for a few months.
