Sex reassignment surgery is an involved process, so it is not cheap. Although prices vary, most surgeries are around $8000.

The cost varies depending on the surgeries you choose, where they are done and who performs them. Male to female is less expensive but plan on at least $40,000.

The costs are highly variable. There are one-time costs for things like surgery or electrolysis. Total surgical costs can range anywhere from US$10,000 to over US$100,000. Then there are ongoing costs for things like hormones. Monthly costs for hormones can range from US$30 to US$150.
