Tipping Point is a book about change. It's a type of examination for the social epidemics that surround us.This book helps us to have a new way of understanding why change happens as quickly and as unexpectedly it does.

Gladwell believes that ideas spread using the same principle that viruses do in biology. His controversial book explores the idea that small groups can bring about great change in the world simply by making small changes. He then explains how those decisions can ripple outward until it reaches critical mass-- the tipping point-- for bettering the world.
