What is the smallest baby to survive?

This is a very tough question. My baby was born at 25 weeks, he was 1lb 3oz. He is doing awesome, but we went through lots of milestones to get where we are now. The smallest I have heard is 23 weeks old. With the doctors and devices that we have now, anything is possible.

After 24 weeks it has a 50/50 chance of survival, and gets better quickly. The most premature birth (that survived) on record was 21 weeks, six days in 2007.
