Low TSH means the levels of hormone are abnormally low. The significance is that the thyroid secretes hormones right into the bloodstream. The humans pituitary gland releases amounts of TSH based on levels of these two hormones. High platelets is a condition, which the blood contains more platelets than normal. Platelets are small blood cells that help in blood clotting.

Low TSH is thyroid stimulating hormone. The thyroid is responsible for regulating metabolism and the synthesis of other hormones in the body. You could need iodine or need supplemental TSH. Platelets are fragments of red blood cells that are associated with clotting and making blood stick together. This could lead to "stickier" blood.
