Any wine will have a long shelf life if stored properly. Keep it in a cool dark place with little vibration and it should last for many years.

A year to two years maximum for preservative free wines. Moderately priced wines can be kept for around five years depending on the particular varietal, as long as they are kept in a stable temperature environment around 15-19 degrees celcius, with minimal movement or vibration preferrably so they age properly.

Wine shelf life depends mainly on how it is stored. All wines need to be stored at a constant temperature. Wide ranges in temperature will age a wine prematurely.

I have heard once the bottle is opened you should keep it for no more than two weeks or if it gets a vinger like taste.

Depends on the wine, the quality and the region. Some age better than others, and some are meant for short term storage.
