It is used to slice your vegetables like cucumbers, onions, zucchini, summer squash etc. You put the vegetable in the opening and it shoots it into your big salad bowl already sliced and ready to eat. It has removable cones that can be used for thick slices and rippled cuts. Can also be used for shopping nuts.
Besides slicing veggies, you can also shred cheese and julianne veggies. there are a lot of different uses. Though it simplifies the work, I found it to be a little cumbersome to use, especially if you don't have one with a cone shaped spout! add a comment
