Make sure it is in the evening after the sun goes down. Simply add using a cup and sprinkle into water all around.

First, start in the deepest part of the pool then turn the pool on. This will help distribute the chlorine evenly so it can dissolve properly.

Put on gloves and dissolve 1 cup of granular chlorine to 1 gallon of water. Pour into corner of pool and repeat in each corner. It will dissolve by itself.

Granular chlorine should be predissolved and added in to the pool so that it takes a precise control of the chlorine level in water every day.
