The United Nations grades countries on wealth based on a formula of their gross domestic product, life expectancy and literacy. The poorest country is currently Zimbabwe.
WEll Haiti has probably the highest poverty and abject poverty rate in the world, so I would say Haiti. And the recent earthquake has only made things worse.
