When looking for any breed of dog you must always check the temperament of the parents to get an idea as to how the dog will likely behave into adulthood. How they are bred and reared are also very important and any health issues also need to be resolved and looked into if there are any.

The stereotype of the pit bull is they are all aggressive. I have heard of some dogs that are sweetie pies. But sadly, you can never tell what the personality of your dog will be until you have the dog. It varies from dog to dog, regardless of breed.

The same as any other Pit Bull-they should be very loyal, sweet with people, have high prey drives and likely to be dog aggressive, particularly with same sex dogs.

Dogs, like people, can have various personalities, and no breed always has the same type. If the parents tend to be more aggressive and the dog was raised in that type of environment, it tends to act more viciously. However, if the parents are calm and the dog is raised in a loving home, it can very sweet.

All "pits" (The American Bull or Staffordshire Terrier) have loving, intelligent temperaments, bond well to families. They are VERY strong, and so if trained to be dangerous, can be VERY dangerous, but they are NOT by nature. Buy from a reputable source and make sure the dog has never been used to fight. I have owned two. Friends for life.

Just like any other pit bull pup. A bit headstrong and possible more agressive with other dogs but that can be tempered with training early on. Pits are good dogs.
