I think it depends on how many times you've been issued a ticket, but if it is your first time to be issued a ticket I think you'll have to stay one night in jail.

There is no specifice penalty. It seems to be a basis of a ticket in the amount of a 100 dollars or less; or up to 90 days in jail.

Disturbing the peace is a misdemeanor in the state of Michigan. The worse case scenerio would be that you could recieve up to a year in prision, a fine, limited employment oppertunities, and denial of a professional license. If you are not a U. S. citizen you can be deported or have your citizanship denied.
